Absolute Hotel Services Announces Eastin Estates, Asia’s Leading Senior Hotel Brand

Bangkok, Thailand – Jonathan Wigley, Group CEO of Absolute Hotel Services (AHS), announced further expansion plans, with the launch of the Eastin Estates brand, a luxury residential brand for longer stays in the assisted living segment independent living. Eastin Estates provides a residential community experience to meet the growing needs of the active senior market, with resident services and facilities that encourage health and social connection. AHS Group is the first hotel management company to launch a brand dedicated to this segment in Asia.

Offering caring service from its roots in Asian tradition and hospitality, the Eastin Estates brand value is to provide active seniors seeking personal home care assistance with a safe place to work, rest and play with like-minded residents. The community allows residents complete freedom in a comfortable and convenient luxury setting. All developments under the Eastin Estate brand will feature safe, comfortable and appropriate design features made from durable materials, including easily accessible drawers and cupboards, waist-high power outlets and lighting controls and non-slip floors. All public spaces and facilities will be barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. The accommodations range from 40-50 m² studios to 80-100 m² T3 apartments, all with their own kitchenette, bathroom and balcony or terrace, and can be personalized with the possibility of moving certain pieces of furniture or decorations. Units and facilities are pet-friendly, and a la carte grooming and dining services can be provided.

Facilities include a health center with a 24/7 nurse and emergency department, an all-day restaurant with healthy menus, a lounge with library, a meeting room, an outdoor garden, a swimming pool, a fitness center with hammam and sauna, a yoga area and mini-market as well as entertainment facilities and laundry service.
